KAMIYA’s 2026 Autumn/Winter collection, ACT-COOL, gently poses that question.

What designer Koji Kamiya presents is neither simple nostalgia nor a reinterpretation of streetwear.

It feels more like a story of a body that has passed through ’90s–’00s youth culture, now searching once again for its own internal temperature.

The Contradiction of Fur and Hoodie

One of the most striking looks paired a voluminous long fur coat with a purple zip-up hoodie.

Luxury and street.

Strength and vulnerability.

At first glance, the balance appears mismatched. In reality, it feels deeply authentic.

Dressed up, yet somehow unstable.

Protected, yet exposed.

That ambiguity — whether one is shielding oneself or laying bare — mirrors the emotional landscape of today’s younger generation.

Denim was boldly deconstructed, layered, and reconstructed.It almost suggested that some things can only be created through destruction.

Bandana, Workwear, and the Re-Editing of Americana

There’s an echo of hip-hop memory, yet it is far from a reproduction of the past.

The silhouettes are wider, the materials softer, infused with a contemporary sense of effortlessness.

KAMIYA does not merely “reference” Americana.He re-edits it through his own filter.

Rugged. Masculine. Carrying the scent of the street — yet undeniably sensual.

Appearing strong while holding fragility.

Wearing a face of indifference while quietly burning with intensity.

That duality feels unmistakably real.

「クールであること」は、いつの間にか当たり前になった。

でもその“クール”は、本当に自分の体温を持っているのか？

KAMIYAの2026年秋冬コレクション「ACT-COOL」は、そんな問いを静かに投げかけるシーズンだった。

デザイナー神谷康司が描くのは、ただのノスタルジーでも、ストリートの再解釈でもない。90s〜00sのユースカルチャーを通過した身体が、いま改めて“自分の温度”を探しにいくような物語だ。

ファーとフーディーの矛盾

まず象徴的だったのは、ボリュームのあるロングファーコートにパープルのジップフーディーを合わせたルック。

ラグジュアリーとストリート。

強さと無防備さ。

一見ミスマッチに見えるバランスが、実はとてもリアルだ。

着飾りながらも、どこか不安定。守っているのか、さらしているのか分からないその曖昧さが、今の若い世代の感覚に近い。

デニムは大胆に解体され、レイヤーされ、再構築される。

“壊すことでしか作れないもの”がある、というメッセージのようにも見えた。

バンダナ、ワーク、そしてアメリカーナの再編集

バンダナ柄のセットアップ。

ルーズなシルエットにトラッパーハット。

どこかヒップホップの記憶を感じさせながらも、過去の焼き直しではない。

シルエットはよりワイドで、素材はより柔らかく、どこか今っぽい脱力がある。

KAMIYAはアメリカーナを“引用”するのではなく、

自分のフィルターを通して再編集する。

無骨で、男らしくて、ストリートの匂いがするのに、どこか色気がある。

強く見せながら、弱さを抱える。

無関心な顔をしながら、実は熱を持っている。

その二面性こそが、今のリアルだ。

クールであることはゴールじゃない。

それは“演じながらも、本音を隠しきれない”人間の姿そのものなのかもしれない。

“クールでいること”が義務化された時代への違和感から始まっている。

90sヒップホップ、00sアメリカーナ、ストリートの記憶。

でもこれは懐古じゃない。引用でもない。

再編集だ。

バンダナ柄のセットアップ、オーバーサイズのデニム、トラッパーハット。

ファーコートにフーディー。

MA-1に大胆なファーカラー。

そのシルエットは、明らかにブラックカルチャーの文脈を通過している。

だけどKAMIYAは、それを“憧れ”として扱わない。

あくまで今の身体に落とし込む。

ルーズで、重くて、少し無骨。

それでいてどこかセンシュアル。

これは「強さ」の誇示ではない。

強く見せることを覚えた世代の、少し疲れたリアリティだ。

ACT-COOLとは、

クールであれと求められる時代に、それでも感情を隠しきれない姿のこと。

ポーズの裏にある熱。

無表情の奥にある衝動。

KAMIYAは、ブラックカルチャーが持つ

“スタイルは生き様そのもの”という精神を、

2026年の東京で再び鳴らした。

Coolは演じられる。

でもカルチャーは、滲み出るものだ。
